About the Job
As a Strategic Account Technology professional, you will synthesize business insights and orchestrate global teams to deliver alternative solutions while applying deep expertise and thought leadership. You will act as a "virtual Chief Technical Officer," providing Account Thought leadership by leveraging your deep knowledge of Microsoft's solutions, the industry, and customer needs. Your role will involve leading technology strategy formulation by aligning customer needs with technology solutions, executing technology strategy/digital transformation efforts, creating mid- to long-term technical roadmaps, and translating customer business objectives.

Work Conditions
4 days/week in-office

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive opportunities, presenting these to customers and creating demand.
• Coach peers on maintaining opportunity initiation and mapping Microsoft priorities to opportunities.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, articulating the benefits of Microsoft technology over competitor solutions while partnering with line-of-business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years of technical consulting, consultative selling, business consulting, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in a relevant customer industry and digital transformation using technology to drive business outcomes.
• Experience in developing and executing technology strategies and roadmaps for large, critical, and/or strategic accounts.
