The Strategic Account Technology role at Microsoft is integral to synthesizing business insights and orchestrating global teams to deliver innovative solutions. Serving as a virtual Chief Technical Officer, this position emphasizes Account Thought Leadership, utilizing deep expertise in Microsoft’s solutions, industry knowledge, and understanding of customer needs while embodying the voice of the customer.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading technology strategy formulation and ensuring alignment of customer needs with technological solutions.
• Coaching peers on opportunity initiation and aligning initiatives with Microsoft priorities.
• Driving digital transformation initiatives and collaborating with business leaders to demonstrate the advantages of Microsoft technologies over competitors.
• Mapping technical customer requirements to Microsoft technology platforms and coordinating necessary teams to ensure demand generation.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Qualifications:

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience in technical consulting or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: 12+ years of relevant experience and 6+ years in the customer industry or digital transformation.
