About the Job:

The Strategic Account Technology Strategist serves as a crucial liaison between customers and the company, orchestrating global teams to deliver tailored technology solutions. This role acts as a "virtual Chief Technical Officer," providing thought leadership and insights into the company's products and industry trends to address customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Synthesize business insights and lead technology strategy formulation to align customer needs with the company's solutions.
• Develop mid- to long-term technical roadmaps and guide customers through digital transformation efforts.
• Partner with senior executives and line-of-business leaders to articulate the value of the company's technologies.
• Conduct technology briefings and enablement sessions for customer senior decision-makers and technical teams.
• Drive demand generation by identifying opportunities and orchestrating internal resources to capture business potential.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical consulting, consultative selling, or business consulting.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field plus 12+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in the relevant customer industry and proven success in digital transformation initiatives.
