Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and consultant for the delivery of service engagements involving the management, migration, and protection of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint through the implementation of the company tools and solutions.
- Architect, configure, and deploy enterprise implementations for the company product line and the Microsoft technology stack, including the next generation product stack.
- Provide expert guidance on the company and associated Cloud technologies.
- Deliver training sessions to customers either through web-based conferences or onsite at the customer's location.
- Implement proposed technical strategies and solutions to meet customers’ business needs.
- Act as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.
- Compile technical documentation of projects and implementations as well as service deliverables.
- Effectively and accurately set client expectations and deliverables.
- Function as a ground technical resource by providing technical support, product demonstration, and/or solution consultation.
- Propose and/or design technical solutions, including creating prototypes and proofs of concept to assist the product selection process.
- Validate and ensure readiness of the company products against technical and business requirements.
- Manage various technical projects for internal purposes.
- Advance internal quality assurance and scenario testing with virtualized infrastructures and technologies.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have enterprise-level expertise in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and relevant services. Other necessary qualifications include:
- 6+ years of experience in architectural design and development, focusing on planning, deploying or supporting enterprise-level Microsoft 365 and Azure applications.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint services architecture, components, and configuration differences across all versions.
- Proven experience managing and executing projects such as digital transformation, change management, system migrations, consolidation, and deployment.
- Familiarity with programming constructs, business logic development, information architecture, and taxonomy strategies that support web services in a SharePoint/.NET environment.
- Expertise in leading workshops on IT governance and information governance & compliance strategy topics for enterprise-level SharePoint implementations.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, and DHCP technologies.
- Understanding of IT governance and compliance standards such as ITIL and COBIT.
- Working technical knowledge of current software protocols and Internet standards.
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and meet deadlines on multiple projects without frequent supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional customer service abilities, capable of interacting professionally with a diverse group of customers.
- Strong technical writing skills and a proven track record in composing guides, testing documents, technical outlines, and schematics.
- Proficiency in Arabic is required.
