You will collaborate closely with Professional Services, Business Development, Partner, Sales, Solution Architecture, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and the Program team to build the capabilities necessary to accelerate customer migrations to AWS. Comfort in working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic organization is essential, as this program will interdepend with other teams within AWS.
The ideal candidate will have strong outbound operations experience, with a proven track record of defining, planning, and delivering enterprise-level transformation programs. You should be capable of delivering insights and creating mechanisms to efficiently track and enhance business performance. Translating your skill set into a fast-moving, data- and metrics-biased, results-oriented environment, and operating effectively within a cross-functional team is crucial for success.
You must thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, able to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities. This role requires not only the ability to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives but also the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
- 6+ years of experience in corporate or public sector program management and/or consulting
- 6+ years managing and analyzing program data
- 5+ years leading program development from ideation to execution
- Strong influence skills to drive deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (MBA/MS)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-energy environment with parallel strategic and tactical activities
- Experience executing programs with cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate results and recommendations to leadership
- Self-directed with effective prioritization and management of multiple, constantly evolving programs
