What You Will Do
You will be responsible for leading assigned strategic and operational projects from definition through implementation, handover, and post-project review. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining project scope, objectives, governance, milestones, budgets, resources, and success measures in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Building robust project plans and maintaining clear, decision-ready reporting for senior management.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams across Commercial, Merchant Services, Finance, Operations, Technology, as well as external partners and authorities.
- Monitoring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations, taking corrective action when needed.
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, driving effective mitigation plans.
- Leading or supporting change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Preparing business cases through data analysis, research, financial modeling, and scenario assessment.
- Partnering with various teams to align priorities, coordinate activities, and support decision-making.
- Supporting the KSA Country Manager in organizing Management Team activities, acting as a trusted partner to the Managing Director.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Managing multiple strategic and operational projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Maintaining project governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring effective execution across departments.
- Delivering business cases, operational recommendations, and management presentations to support key decisions.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting organizational change efforts.

Key Competencies
You will drive towards success if you have:
- 5 to 8 years of project management experience, ideally within an international, fintech, financial services, or operations environment.
- A Master's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- A proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience developing business cases, financial models, and management-level presentations.
- The ability to understand and document operational, system, and accounting flows.
- A solid understanding of technology and experience collaborating with both business and technical teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM and BI/reporting tools such as Salesforce, Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), or Power BI.
- Experience liaising with clients, public authorities, or regulatory stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management practices.
