Responsibilities
- Prepare the requirements of the strategic plan, detailing its objectives and initiatives while linking them to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Review best practices in strategic planning processes and monitor developments in the company's field to update the strategic plan accordingly.
- Coordinate with relevant entities inside and outside the Ministry for the preparation of reports on policies related to the Ministry's activities.
- Participate in implementing all plans and policies established by the Ministry concerning studies and research related to its activities.
- Identify sources of information necessary for preparing studies on policies, strategies, program plans, and project studies associated with the Ministry and submit them to concerned parties.
- Plan the strategic analysis processes of the company and identify strategic priorities in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide necessary support in preparing and developing annual operational plan requirements aligned with the strategic plan framework.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Analyze the performance of organizational units in implementing the strategic plan and its initiatives, achieve performance indicators, and provide necessary reports and recommendations.
- Conduct strategic analysis of the institutional environment in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Link the approved strategic plan with the company's approved systems and monitor the implementation by the competent organizational units.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates must hold a PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a minimum of 2, 4, or 6 years of relevant experience, respectively.
