As a Strategic Security Advisor, you will own the business and security outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers. Your role will involve acting as a trusted security expert, guiding security posture evolution, and orchestrating post-sales delivery across various functions. By blending security domain expertise with a customer success approach, you will translate purchased credits into measurable security outcomes through a Security Account Success Plan (ASP) and effective executive engagement.
Primary Responsibilities:

Architect the Security Account Success Plan (ASP):
- Develop a plan with customer executive sponsors that aligns with their business objectives and compliance obligations.
- Design target-state security architecture tailored to the customer's environment.
- Conduct security assessments and prepare deployment blueprints for security solutions.

Run Executive Cadence, Architecture Reviews, and Value Reviews:
- Lead monthly reviews linking usage and risk to measurable risk reduction and business outcomes.
- Facilitate security workshops and prepare executive-level communications.

Manage Risk, Renewal, and Advocacy:
- Maintain renewal health and build corrective plans to ensure architecture milestones are met.
- Convert successful customers into references and case studies showcasing positive security outcomes.

Single Post-Sales Security Authority:
- Serve as the central voice for customer engagements, ensuring coordination across various functional areas.

- Strong understanding of security architecture principles (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust).
- Deep knowledge in enterprise security domains such as SOC operations and identity security.
- Ability to design actionable architectural insights and recommendations.

- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience and Background:
- Typically requires 10+ years in security consulting or related fields.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and driving security outcomes.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent experience in security architecture preferred.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
