The company is seeking a Senior Manager - F&B Sourcing to lead and shape the procurement strategy across our world-class attractions, parks, and destinations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies across:
- Fresh and perishable produce
- Ambient, chilled, and frozen goods
- Beverages
- Catering consumables
- F&B services
- Consolidate demand and spend across the business to maximize value and efficiencies
- Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management
- Drive supplier consolidation, specification standardization, and supply chain optimization
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, Delegation of Authority (DOA), ethical sourcing standards, and UAE food safety regulations
- Deliver measurable savings while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and guest experience
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial guidance and procurement expertise
- Champion procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- MCIPS qualification or CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply
Experience
- 6+ years of Procurement experience, with significant exposure to Strategic Sourcing or Category Management
- Minimum 3 years of F&B procurement experience
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience within the UAE/GCC
- Proven track record in category management, strategic sourcing, tender management, contract management, and supplier performance management
Skills
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Expertise in sourcing strategy development and execution
- Experience managing complex supplier and stakeholder relationships
- Strong leadership, planning, and performance management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
