How You'll Contribute:
As a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in tackling complex business challenges from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and embedding a consistent Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) methodology aligned with global company standards.
  • Leading workforce demand forecasting to identify future capability needs and translating business strategies into talent demand scenarios.
  • Developing a holistic view of current internal supply and identifying gaps, risks, and hotspots within the workforce.
  • Conducting scenario planning and providing insight-led recommendations to influence investment decisions and organizational design.
  • Partnering with Digital Human Capital and HC Analytics to develop tools that enhance the planning process.
  • Owning SWP governance and leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and champion the adoption of strategic workforce planning.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 6–10 years in workforce planning, strategy, analytics, or organizational design roles, preferably in professional services or management consulting.
  • Technical Skills: Direct experience with SWP frameworks, familiarity with workforce analytics, forecasting methodologies, and strong command of Excel and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Alteryx).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to communicate complex data effectively, and collaborative leadership style.
