Business Unit Overview:
The Human Capital team at the company Middle East is revolutionizing how people services are delivered by implementing innovative workforce practices and tech-enabled solutions. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Build an Enterprise SWP Framework: Design and embed a workforce planning methodology aligned with global standards.
  • Drive Workforce Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with leadership to identify future capability needs and translate business strategies into talent demand scenarios.
  • Build Workforce Supply Intelligence: Analyze internal supply data to identify gaps and risks.
  • Conduct Scenario Planning & Strategic Insights: Provide insights that influence decisions on investments and organizational design.
  • Build Digital & Analytics-Enabled SWP Tools: Partner with analytics teams to enhance the planning process through data integration.
  • Governance, Alignment & Stakeholder Leadership: Own SWP governance and lead working groups for alignment across functions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Years of Experience: 6–10 years in workforce planning, strategy, analytics, or organizational design roles. Experience in professional services or management consulting is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with the company ecosystem including workforce analytics, forecasting methodologies, and the ability to implement SWP frameworks at scale.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, leadership capability, proficiency in using advanced planning models and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx).
