Strategy Analyst

The Strategy Analyst will be a member of the company's CEMEA Corporate Strategy team, which shapes the company's long-term strategy and addresses enterprise-level questions and challenges. This involves collaboration with executives and business leaders across the organization. Recent initiatives have focused on go-to-market strategies, product strategies, and partnership/acquisition opportunities, often with an international approach. Additionally, the team develops competitive intelligence and thought leadership on emerging trends in payments and technology.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and design strategy components that enable sustainable competitive advantage for the company, generating tangible impacts on performance.
• Break down complex business problems and define structured approaches to address component parts, formulating hypotheses and supporting project workstreams.
• Generate deep quantitative and qualitative analytical insights that provide a fresh perspective and support recommendations.
• Drive thought leadership with creative, practical, and implementable solutions to challenges faced by business owners.
• Ensure developed strategies and execution programs deliver commercial impact, secure stakeholder buy-in, and provide actionable implementation paths.
• Create frameworks for prioritizing strategic initiatives and evaluating investment opportunities for strategic and financial value.
• Develop clear, impactful executive-level communications that persuade and influence senior decision-makers.
• Exhibit outstanding people skills, supporting colleagues and attracting top talent to the strategy team.

This is a hybrid position. The expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Must-have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 or more years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or a related field.
