Strategy Analyst (ATIOS- Accenture Trading, Investment and Optimization Strategy) Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

Your Role

• Provide strategic advice to our clients in developing the vision, setting priorities, and implementing their business strategies.
• Help clients navigate and capitalize on the energy transition and digital transformation.
• Analyze markets, design new cutting-edge business models, facilitate growth strategy, and investment decisions.
• Expand their capabilities through data-driven analysis.
• Develop agile operating models, setting them up for future success.
• Execute on strategic initiatives and capture value.
• Strengthen relationships with clients to sustain the company's profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
• Contribute to thought leadership on the future of energy, food and raw materials, and how our clients should position themselves.

Qualifications

• A minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Arabic speaking is a must and fluent in English.
• Strong quantitative skills and analytical thinker.
• Familiarity with recognized strategy frameworks and techniques, and experience in research and data analysis, digital, analytics, and/or applied intelligence.
• Understanding of global markets and commodity trends.
• Passion in energy, the energy transition, metals and mining, agriculture, and/or sustainability.
• Ability to contribute to teams and deliver complex strategy or consulting engagements.
