As a Strategy Analyst CMT - Emiratization & UAE Talent Development at the company, you will play a crucial role in shaping strategies that foster growth and innovation. Your responsibilities will include structuring and performing analysis and primary research that address business issues, as well as generating insights aimed at improving client and industry business performance. You will also develop detailed and actionable business cases that reflect the company Strategy’s industry knowledge, IT insights, and business process expertise.

Your typical day will involve:

• Presenting at team and client meetings to determine practical methods for driving lasting results based on your insights.
• Helping clients build the capabilities required for growth and high performance.
• Working in multi-disciplinary teams to leverage the company's global reach and end-to-end capabilities.
• Engaging with the broader strategy community to foster collaboration and support the growth of the Strategy business.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate and/or Master's Degree in an Engineering discipline.
• A strong track record of outstanding academic performance.
• Strong quantitative acumen with the ability to think analytically to identify and solve problems.
• Proven leadership experience in extracurricular activities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work successfully in teams under high intensity.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; familiarity with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is preferable.
