Strategy Analyst - Emiratization & UAE Talent Development | Strategy & Consulting

Responsibilities

• Structure and perform analysis and primary research that address business issues and generate insights about client and industry business performance improvement.
• Develop detailed and actionable business cases and plans that reflect the company Strategy’s deep industry, IT, and business process expertise.
• Engage with clients in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver results and drive lasting impacts based on insights.
• Present at team and client meetings, determining practical solutions for enhancing client performance.
• Help clients understand leading-edge technology and its transformational impact on their business.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-3 years of progressive business and consulting experience.
• MBA or graduate-level degree (full-time regular course only) in a related field.
• Knowledge/experience in the product industry with advanced analytical skills.
• Solid consulting background from top-tier consulting firms with strong communication skills.
• Must be an Arabic speaker.
