Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business managers to support strategic initiatives and business priorities across MENA Investment Banking, Global Banking, and country-related projects.
- Prepare and deliver strategic analysis, financial presentations, and business reviews for senior management.
- Develop tailored presentations on the MENA franchise for Townhalls, senior visitors, and regulators by collaborating across lines of business.
- Analyze and report key business trends, performance metrics, and financial results to support decision-making.
- Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of the RHQ operating model based in Saudi Arabia.
- Track and report P&L, expenses, and headcount for the MENA franchise, ensuring accurate monitoring and analysis of financial and operational metrics.
- Maintain the deal pipeline for MENA Investment Banking, partnering with bankers to monitor progress against revenue forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and dashboarding to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Planning & Analysis, risk, legal, compliance, and control teams to ensure accurate reporting and effective risk management.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business management, finance, strategy, or consulting within financial services.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable team player with strong project management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Global Banking.
- Familiarity with deal pipeline management and external performance analysis tools (e.g., Dealogic).
- Experience supporting regulatory and audit requirements.
