Key Responsibilities
- Manage project and client teams to solve complex business issues while delivering actionable recommendations, insights, and results.
- Engage in day-to-day management of projects, identifying opportunities for value creation for clients and driving projects toward successful outcomes.
- Lead and conduct client interviews and workshops, developing presentation materials and engaging in client conversations to articulate approach and recommendations.
- Work on strategy development topics including investment optimization, growth strategy, operating model design, and process design.
- Develop and sustain senior executive client relationships, ensuring relevance to client needs and styles.
- Coach, mentor, and support analysts and consultants in building and enhancing their consulting skill sets.
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree from a leading academic institution.
- Proven experience in a strategy consulting firm or a relevant position in industry focused on capital and/or commodity markets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of global market operations, commodity trends, and global equity markets.
- A track record of project management and client-facing roles with team leadership experience.
- Familiarity with strategy frameworks and techniques; experience in research and data analysis is required.
- Strong understanding of business case development, financial analysis, and financial statements.
- Good quantitative skills, particularly with Excel/VBA and other modelling packages.
- Strong communication skills; Arabic speakers are preferred.
