Key Responsibilities
- Manage project and client teams to solve complex business issues in core capability areas, delivering actionable recommendations, insights, and results.
- Oversee day-to-day management of projects with minimum supervision, identifying value creation opportunities for clients.
- Lead client interviews, develop presentation materials, and engage in client conversations.
- Work on topics such as strategy development, investment optimization, and process design.
- Develop and sustain senior executive client relationships, remaining attuned to client needs.
- Coach and mentor analysts and consultants in building core consulting skills.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree from a leading academic institution.
- Proven experience in a strategy consulting firm or relevant industry position.
- Knowledge of global market operations and understanding of commodity trends.
- Experience with financial analysis, project management, and team leadership.
- Familiarity with recognized strategy frameworks and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/VBA; other modeling packages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills; Arabic speakers preferred.
