Key Responsibilities

• Manage project and client teams to solve complex business issues in core capability areas, delivering actionable recommendations, insights, and results.
• Oversee day-to-day management of projects with minimum supervision, identifying value creation opportunities for clients.
• Lead client interviews, develop presentation materials, and engage in client conversations.
• Work on topics such as strategy development, investment optimization, and process design.
• Develop and sustain senior executive client relationships, remaining attuned to client needs.
• Coach and mentor analysts and consultants in building core consulting skills.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a leading academic institution.
• Proven experience in a strategy consulting firm or relevant industry position.
• Knowledge of global market operations and understanding of commodity trends.
• Experience with financial analysis, project management, and team leadership.
• Familiarity with recognized strategy frameworks and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/VBA; other modeling packages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills; Arabic speakers preferred.
