Key Responsibilities

• Manage project and client teams to solve complex business issues, delivering actionable recommendations, insights, and results.
• Lead day-to-day management of projects to identify value creation opportunities for clients.
• Conduct client interviews and workshops, develop presentation materials, and articulate approach and recommendations.
• Work on strategy development, investment optimization, growth strategy, and operating model design.
• Develop and sustain senior executive client relationships and contribute to the development of thought leadership pieces.
• Coach, mentor, and support analysts and consultants in building their consulting skill sets.

Requirements

• An undergraduate’s degree from a leading academic institution.
• 4-8 years professional experience in strategy consulting, particularly in capital and/or commodity markets.
• Strong understanding of global markets and commodity trends.
• Familiarity with recognized strategy frameworks and techniques; experience in research and data analysis.
• Good quantitative skills, experience with Excel/VBA and other modeling packages.
• Strong communication skills; Arabic speakers preferred.
