We are seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team and help shape our global operations. You will be instrumental in executing high-impact data initiatives throughout the business, utilizing insights to tackle challenges, scale processes, and enhance customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and oversee technology delivery across regulatory, compliance, data, and service management domains.
  • Manage delivery discipline by overseeing milestones, proactively mitigating risks, and escalating issues early.
  • Establish program foundations, including objective setting, resource planning, and Jira configuration.
  • Maintain oversight of schedules, RAID logs, and executive-level reporting (CIO reports).
  • Standardize PMO governance and reporting across multiple technology streams to ensure functional visibility.
  • Lead compliance and audit initiatives, ensuring projects adhere to internal controls and regulatory standards.
  • Manage remediation actions and collaborate with risk owners to effectively close audit findings.
  • Optimize delivery workflows by championing project tools (Jira/Confluence) and streamlining PMO processes.
  • Build PMO capability through the development of templates, standards, and delivery frameworks.
  • Apply structured project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) to navigate complex, regulatory-driven environments.

Requirements:

  • A STEM degree (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) from a top-tier university.
  • Expertise in risk reporting and controls with a strong understanding of managing regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional data and programming proficiency, with experience in the technical oversight of complex technology programs.
  • Knowledge of BCBS 239 and RDARR (Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting) principles.
  • An analytical mindset with the capacity to navigate high-pressure, regulatory-driven environments.
  • Proven experience in compliance-heavy sectors, ensuring delivery aligns with internal and external audit standards.
  • A hands-on problem-solving approach focused on operational excellence.

Nice to Have:

  • Professional certifications in project management, such as PMP or Prince2.
