What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as a key stakeholder in day-to-day operations
- Identifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities in the UAE
- Building and optimising scalable processes to continue our hyper-growth
- Leading and executing core infrastructure projects
- Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly
- Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
- Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
- Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
- Running support organisations, managing relationships with critical stakeholders, and consistently hitting SLAs
What You'll Need
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects from end to end
- The ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks
- Enjoy working with data
- Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
- Experience working with regulators
- An interest in the financial industry
- Entrepreneurial experience
- Experience coding with SQL, Python, and/or R
