Strategy Senior Consultant/Manager/Senior Manager

The role focuses on financial services strategy, with particular emphasis on banking, payments, digital banking, wallets, or FinTech. Responsibilities include the development of market entry, growth, product, segment, or digital financial services strategies to drive business success. Candidates will also assess banking and payments revenue pools, prepare business cases and financial projections, and translate strategic opportunities into clear investment cases.

Responsibilities

• Financial services strategy development, especially in the areas of banking and payments.
• Assessing market entry opportunities along with customer segment and product dynamics.
• Creating financial projections and business cases for banks and FinTech organizations.
• Formulating practical strategy to execution roadmaps, including sequencing of initiatives and investment requirements.
• Engaging in discussions, workshops, and presenting to senior clients.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in strategy consulting, especially focused on financial services within GCC markets.
• Ability to independently manage workstreams and engage with senior stakeholders effectively.
• Understanding of key banking products and their markets, with an awareness of technology implications in digital financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating senior-level materials and engaging various teams.
