Responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with the project’s contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures, including any associated updates.
- Ensure contractor compliance with the standards and specifications outlined in the contract documents.
- Maintain records of contractor human resources and equipment usage on a daily basis.
- Conduct site supervision and inspections as needed, following directives from the Resident Engineer (RE) or the Structural Engineer (SE).
- Liaise daily with the contractor to oversee resource management, health and safety, and equipment needs on-site.
- Prepare daily reports for the RE or SE, including works orders, materials deliveries, and inspection programs.
- Implement site instructions from the RE and SE.
- Apply quality control measures and procedures on-site.
- Prepare necessary site measurements and surveying checks for bridge work and related structures.
- Coordinate with the client project manager during site inspections alongside the RE or SE.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar projects, with at least 3 years in the UAE, is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in structural and roads projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.

Contract and Work Details
- This position is based on-site at UBora Tower in Dubai, UAE.
- Suitable candidates are expected to attend in-person onboarding on Day 1 at a company office location.
- This role requires a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards throughout all aspects of the work.
