About the Job:
The primary focus of a Pre-sales Intern is to become an expert in a core set of Oracle products and solutions. The intern will present the value proposition and benefits of the solutions to partners, prospects, customers, and the internal sales team. Responsibilities include providing presales technical/functional support to prospective clients via the internet while ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering high-quality Oracle presentations and demonstrations, and articulating Oracle product strengths relative to competitors.

Interns will participate in the design, validation, and presentation of Oracle software solutions, requiring some problem-solving skills and assistance in understanding company policies and procedures. A working knowledge of Windows or NT is essential, and UNIX knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:
At the end of the internship, you will:

  • Utilize analytical problem-solving skills to assist customers in identifying their business problems.
  • Gain insight into Oracle solutions to demonstrate how they can solve customer challenges.
  • Collaborate directly with customers and sales teams on key activities, such as:
    • Performing proof of concepts with clients
    • Building repeatable solution demonstrations
    • Delivering hands-on workshops
    • Creating new industry-focused solution innovations

Language Requirements:
