We are seeking an Expert-Level Subject Matter Expert in Front End who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical in assisting our business partners to evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
Role Summary: The Subject Matter Expert will lead the architecture of back end and server-side systems, defining standards for APIs, distributed systems, integration, data modeling, and security. This role requires a broad architectural understanding across multiple disciplines and deep expertise in back-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define front-end architecture strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Design scalable and maintainable architectures for web and mobile applications.
- Establish coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Lead technical design reviews and guide UI and UX architectural decisions.
- Architect reusable component libraries and design systems.
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and rendering efficiency.
- Ensure compatibility across browsers, devices, and platforms.
- Mentor engineering teams and support capability development.
- Produce and maintain architectural documentation and diagrams.
- Evaluate front-end frameworks, tools, and emerging technologies.

- Performance and Quality: Performance profiling and optimization, compliance with accessibility standards, front-end testing frameworks.
