Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advisory on energy sector policies, regulations, and reforms.
- Contribute to the development and review of national regulatory frameworks.
- Support large-scale infrastructure and transformation projects within the energy sector.
- Conduct international benchmarking and recommend best practices.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including government entities and regulatory bodies.
- Offer insights on the UAE energy regulatory landscape and market dynamics.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in oil & gas, petroleum products, gas regulation, or energy sector strategy.
- Proven experience in policy formulation, regulatory frameworks, and sector reforms.
- Strong exposure to large-scale infrastructure or national-level projects.
- Demonstrated ability in cross-agency coordination and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or advising government regulators or energy authorities.
- Background with entities such as DoE, ADNOC, ADNOC Distribution, DMT, or international regulatory bodies.
- Experience in international consulting firms or advisory roles is a strong plus.
