Subject Matter Expert (SME)

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) focused on Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) to lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of PSIM solutions across our Command-and-Control Centre (CCC) and Satellite Control Rooms (SCR). This role requires a deep technical understanding of security subsystems, integration capabilities, and the ability to enable centralized security monitoring, incident response, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment and configuration of the PSIM platform within the CCC and SCR environments.
• Integrate a variety of physical security systems, including:
  • CCTV (Video Surveillance)
  • ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition)
  • Access Control Systems
  • Intrusion Detection Systems
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM)
  • Public Address Systems
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Establish seamless integration between PSIM and core DGDA systems, including:
  • CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management)
  • GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
  • Identity & Access Management
  • Smart City Platform

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in physical security system integration, preferably with PSIM platforms.
• Proven experience integrating multiple security subsystems into a unified platform.
• Strong understanding of IP-based security technologies, network infrastructure, and data integration.
• Familiarity with GIS-based visualization, incident management workflows, and automated response mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with system-level integrations using protocols such as ONVIF, BACnet, SNMP, Modbus, or REST APIs.
