The Subject Matter Expert (SME) supports, coordinates, and facilitates the implementation of new and improved processes within the quick commerce operations. The SME works closely with the store operations, last mile delivery teams, and local and global product teams to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology programs and initiatives for darkstore operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Drive Under the Roof (UTR) and On the Road (OTR) operations programs at the darkstore level, optimizing inbound, warehouse, and last-mile delivery processes.
• Build low-cost automations using AI tools such as KIRO and Quick to drive efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Prepare and lead the tech roadmap for improvement of hybrid warehouse management system (HWMS) for inbound and outbound processes.
• Collaborate with worldwide product and tech teams to launch products in the Quick commerce (QC) business.
• Provide regular, concise updates to Tech SME leadership on the progress of system development and its potential impact.
• Support new store launches, coordinating with multiple global product and tech teams to continuously reduce the time to launch a store.
• Provide trainings to operations on new systems and processes.
• Maintain a strong relationship with tech teams working for the QC business across different regions.
