- Analyze and measure the growth of our subscription business, with focus on financial performance/P&L
- Develop and refine the subscription business strategy, and create business cases for pricing, value proposition enhancement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Work closely with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to execute subscription strategies effectively.
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to understand subscriber behavior, preferences, and satisfaction levels.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the subscriber experience
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of subscription products and initiatives. Monitor performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide reliable and comprehensible data-backed assessments on the performance of initiatives and direction in terms of sustainable growth.
- Support the development of annual and long-term business plans for the subscription business segment.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Work under fast-paced conditions, with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
Requirements

Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in food delivery, quick commerce, e-commerce, or management consulting. Past experience in a subscription-focused business is a plus.
- Strong acumen in financial statements; P&L analysis, budgeting, and business impact analysis.
- Proficiency in BigQuery, SQL, Tableau and Looker, as well as knowledge of Google Suite, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides.
