This role involves:
- Supporting the Arena’s corporate sales activities, primarily involving the sales of hospitality suites and premium seating.
- Promoting the company brand to potential clients and stakeholders.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Drive suite sales revenue by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities while building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, arena tours, proposal development, contract negotiations, and account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suite holders, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and long-term revenue growth.
- Support annual suite renewals and proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the Arena's premium hospitality products and services.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and client records within the CRM system, providing regular sales and performance updates.
- Represent the company and Legends Global at networking events, industry functions, and business forums to generate new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
- Support the delivery of exceptional client experiences by ensuring contractual commitments are met and collaborating with internal teams to achieve client objectives.
- Attend event days to host clients, entertain prospective customers, and showcase the Arena's premium hospitality offering to drive future sales opportunities.

You should have:
Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Marketing or Business Administration
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience in events
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Arabic
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong sales presentation and communication skills
- IT literate including the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work with a multicultural team

- Valid UAE driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

The company in Dubai is the first and largest fully air-conditioned, multipurpose indoor Arena in the Middle East and the only Arena to operate year-round in the region. With a capacity of 17,000, the company has the capability to host major international touring artists, a full range of sporting events, family entertainment, comedy shows, exhibitions, and gala dinners because of its highly adaptable design, which includes a rolling modular stage, automated drapes, and a retractable seating system that creates more intimate spaces for smaller-scale events.
