About the Role
We are seeking a Superintendent Construction Engineer - Civil for an Offshore Project based in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will initially work in the Client office and then transition to Offshore Island work on a 6 weeks on/3 weeks off rotation. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction activities related to the civil engineering segment of the offshore project.
- Manage geotechnical works including site investigation, ground improvement, site preparation works, piling, and pile load tests.
- Supervise borewell and topographical aspects of construction to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Ensure the project adheres to safety regulations and quality standards throughout its duration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 17 years of overall experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Experience working in ADNOC (Offshore) Artificial Islands is a distinct advantage.
- Strong expertise in geotechnical works, including site investigation and ground improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience on ADNOC projects is advantageous.
- At least 5 years in a similar position for mega Oil and Gas FEED/EPC projects valued over US$ 1 Billion.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

Contract
- Position is contracted to meet project demands with a defined rotation schedule of 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off.
Travel
- Initial phase of work will be in the Abu Dhabi Client office, followed by relocation to Offshore Island for the remainder of the contract.
