About the Role
We are seeking a replacement for a Site Supervisor in the Fusion No. 90008132 role at the company HRB - DXB region. The current supervisor has not been meeting the expectations of both the client and the Facility Management in charge for the DXB and NE regions. Additionally, there have been issues with irregular presence on-site, leading to multiple warning letters being issued.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at the site, ensuring smooth functionality and compliance with established standards.
- Monitor and coordinate site activities, implementing project plans effectively.
- Liaise with stakeholders including clients and Facility Management to address concerns and improve performance.
- Ensure documentation and reporting are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare for transition and handover to new project assignments once the replacement has been secured.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the facilities management or construction industries.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards in the region.
Contract Details
- Full-time employment with projects assigned post-replacement.
Travel Requirements
- Potential travel within the DXB and NE regions as required for project oversight and coordination.
