Responsibilities
As a Supervisor in this capacity, you will oversee the operational aspects of Gas Processing and Gas Compression projects, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to industry standards. You will:
- Manage daily operations and maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for project planning and execution.
- Supervise and support site personnel in their tasks, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and provide reports on operational performance.
Experience Required
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the team, including:
- A minimum of 12 years of overall experience in the oil & gas sector.
- Proven experience in executing Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Background in Gas Pipeline projects, particularly NGL Pipeline networks.
- Extensive experience in managing multi-million-dollar projects.
- Familiarity with both associated and non-associated sour-gas treatment projects.
- Experience in Pipeline, Common Utilities, and Infrastructure development within Gas Processing plants.
- Prior involvement in ADNOC Projects, especially those concerning Gas Processing plants and pipelines.
- At least 5 years of experience in both onshore and offshore projects.
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is mandatory.

Contract and Travel Details
