Responsibilities also include troubleshooting, modifying, supporting, managing, and maintaining applications programs and user accounts, along with maintaining records of daily data communication transactions, problems, remedial actions taken, and installation activities.

You will train or instruct users in the appropriate usage of hardware or software, manage and coordinate planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation of telecommunications activities, including client/server support, and engage in strategic and tactical planning. Consulting with and advising colleagues on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and telecommunications methods is also a key component of this role.
Additionally, you will assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, and coaching employees while serving as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Developing and maintaining positive relationships in the workplace is crucial, as you will support your team in achieving common goals and respond appropriately to the concerns of colleagues. Adherence to company policies and procedures and protecting company assets are essential.
Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
- License or Certification: None required.
