Position

The Supply Chain Analyst will provide annual supply forecasting requirements for the Annual Service Plan (ASP). They will analyze due-ins from OEMs, vendors, balance on hand and store level repairable for assigned equipment systems. The role involves coordination with the Technical Supply Department and Technical Planning Department to provide advice on required platform stock levels and assessment reports of balance on hand.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analysis of due-ins from OEMs, vendors, and balance on hand for assigned equipment systems.
  • Review inventory data and advise the Technical Supply Department of optimal line item stock levels for the main stores.
  • Facilitate the establishment of safety and reserve levels for line items critical to ensure operational readiness for all required equipment systems.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Planning Department on the status of spares and maintenance trends for the assigned platforms.
  • Facilitate maintenance of the spares master data record in the computer system and coordinate all aspects of demand analysis in support of the units for the assigned platforms.
  • Apply continuous improvement and LEAN management principles.
  • Ensure all issued tools, test equipment, and high-value property are maintained in a serviceable condition, routinely inventoried, and safeguarded.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company documents.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Material Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to apply continuous improvement and LEAN management principles.
