Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain master data management across the Group, covering material/item, vendor, catalog, and pricing data.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, naming conventions, and approval workflows.
- Standardize item and vendor data structures across subsidiaries to enable Group-wide visibility and consolidated spend analysis.
- Monitor data quality through regular audits, cleansing, and deduplication, and drive corrective action with data owners.
- Collaborate with IT and ERP teams on system configuration, data migration, integrations, and enhancements related to supply chain modules.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports on spend, inventory, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs.
- Provide data insights to support sourcing strategy, cost savings, and supplier rationalization.
- Manage master data requests from subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the data management team.
- Train end users across the Group on data standards and system usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, with significant exposure to master data management or supply chain analytics.
- Proven track record in establishing data governance frameworks and improving data quality.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data migration projects.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-subsidiary environment.
