Key Responsibilities
- Support the intra-day management of transportation capacities, monitoring multiple dashboards and receiving change requests from partner teams throughout the day.
- Deploy requested changes within the set SLA with a high degree of accuracy, maintaining a high bar on attention to detail.
- Collect and analyze data to support business growth in a constrained environment with innovative and automated solutions.
- Work on scaling up processes quickly by identifying and implementing available tools/automation.
- Roll out best practices from other geographies/companies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses.
- Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical audiences.
- Bring data-driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute to operations and growth in the organization.
Work Conditions
You will be required to be flexible to work in different shift structures, which may include Night Shifts and Weekends.
