Key Job Responsibilities

• Support the intra-day management of transportation capacities by monitoring multiple dashboards and receiving multiple change requests from partner teams within a day.
• Deploy the requested changes within the set SLA with a high degree of accuracy, maintaining attention to detail to ensure all requested changes are accurately and fully completed.
• Be flexible to work in different shift structures, which can include Night Shifts and Weekends.
