Your Responsibilities
- Drive new product supply chain launch management, ensuring time-to-market, time-to-volume, and time-to-quality targets are met.
- Lead end-to-end supply chain readiness for new product introduction, including process setup and design.
- Manage new product forecasting, planning, capacity coordination, and overall project execution.
- Collaborate with quality teams to implement risk control and mitigation plans for smooth product launches.
- Oversee material readiness across the entire supply chain and coordinate multi-site new product launches across global locations.
- Develop worldwide manufacturing build plans and supply commitments for pilot, ramp-up, and smart launch phases.
- Own supply chain readiness reviews, including key checkpoints such as pilot, ramp, OK2S, and SLE milestones.
- Manage ODM copy tooling and HSG supply operations to support timely and efficient product launches.
- Represent supply chain in corporate product committees and proactively manage project risks and communication.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience in project management and new product introduction; mobile phone industry experience is a plus.
- Strong technical or engineering background (e.g., tooling, mechanical, SMT).
- Proven experience in planning, supply chain management, or manufacturing operations.
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written); Chinese language skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with China-based operations preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
