Position

The company is looking for an amazingly talented Support Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Qiddiya! What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Maintain and support portal infrastructure, assisting in automating data processes.
  • Ensure that digital tools and platforms align with evolving business needs, supporting end-users through training and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot to automate routine reporting and enhance team productivity.
  • Help manage and maintain data repositories, ensuring information is accurately captured and accessible.
  • Translate technical information into user-friendly formats and prepare documentation and training materials.
  • Promote data literacy by supporting training sessions for stakeholders.
  • Support timely delivery of team outputs and high-quality deliverables.
  • Assist in aligning Knowledge Management activities with organizational strategies through regular communication.
  • Stay informed about relevant tools, technologies, and best practices in business analysis and knowledge management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience including document/records management, systems development life cycle analysis, and business processes analysis.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a multi-skilled team environment focusing on data automation.
  • Understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and functionality.
  • Experience integrating SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages for automating tasks and creating custom solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills for tracking requests and project fulfillment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business requirements.
  • Effective management and prioritization of workload under tight deadlines.

Desired Skills

  • PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred (e.g., Prince2, Agile, etc.)
