Position

The company is seeking a talented Support Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will contribute to the development, administration, and continuous enhancement of our digital platforms and data systems. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid foundation in business analysis, data interpretation, and technical systems, particularly within environments such as SharePoint Online, Aconex, and Power BI. As a Support Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, maintain and support portal infrastructure, and assist in automating data processes. You will play a key role in ensuring that digital tools and platforms align with evolving business needs while also supporting end-users through training, documentation, and troubleshooting. The role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and communication skills. You will adhere to best practices in change management, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and digital document control, while staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends to support innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and supporting senior analysts in aligning initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Support data collection and basic analysis to aid decision-making across the organization.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot for automating routine reporting and enhancing productivity.
  • Help manage and maintain structured and unstructured data repositories to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
  • Translate technical information into user-friendly formats and assist in preparing documentation and training materials.
  • Promote data literacy by supporting training sessions for team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure timely delivery of team outputs.
  • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills in resolving operational challenges.
  • Stay informed about relevant tools, technologies, and best practices in business analysis and knowledge management.
  • Assist in maintaining digital document control systems and support automation and data tasks using basic programming knowledge.
  • Uphold and promote core values through professional conduct and teamwork.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in document/records management and systems development life cycle analysis.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a multi-skilled team environment focused on data automation.
  • Understanding of SharePoint Online architecture and functionality.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages for task automation.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and IIS management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex issues in an understandable manner.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage project fulfillment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business requirements.
  • Strong English communication skills.

Desired Skills:

  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
