Work Conditions:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional and technical expertise to clients using the company Cerner solutions.
  • Prioritize, plan, and manage issue resolution independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Investigate front-end application issues by gathering information, utilizing troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows.
  • Troubleshoot workflows to identify root causes and support resolution.
  • Create and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials throughout the support lifecycle.
  • Support incident resolution and application maintenance to deliver value for the company and its clients.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced support environment to address client needs and improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in areas such as healthcare information technology (HCIT), HCIT support, software implementation, project or program management, or client relationship management.
  • Experience with Cerner Millennium Pharmacy and Point of Care products or related components.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
