We have an immediate opening for a Support & Maintenance Engineer (CIAM) with 7+ years of experience at the company in Abu Dhabi. The incumbent should possess strong technical skills in CIAM and IBM Identity Security Access Manager (ISAM/IBM Verify), along with experience in customization, development, installation, and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with vendors to install, configure, and deploy CIAM (ISAM) solutions into development, QA, UAT, and production environments while managing integration with digital channels such as mobile and internet banking.
  • Raise and follow up on required change requests and tickets in the service manager.
  • Prepare/review project documents related to projects and tasks for approvals.
  • Gather requirements from business users for projects, tasks, operational requests, and enhancements for technical teams.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in preparing documentation for approval.
  • Support go-live and post-go-live activities for assigned projects and tasks.
  • Assist business users in translating business requirements to vendors and vice versa.
  • Escalate issues and suggest corrective actions while ensuring timely follow-up on assigned projects and tasks.
  • Track, resolve, and report incidents and known errors through approved processes.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge:
Candidates should have experience with at least four of the following:

  • Hands-on experience with CIAM and IBM Identity Security Access Manager (ISAM/IBM Verify), including customization, development, installation, and configuration.
  • Knowledge of Identity Management, Access Management, and Directory Services technologies.
  • Security experience, particularly in IAM, endpoint protection, and application security.
  • Experience in the financial sector implementing API protection, microservices security, and access control technologies (OAuth, JWT, SAML, XACML, OTP, MMFA).
  • Knowledge of the latest authentication and authorization techniques for mobile, web, and API integration, including integration with social identity providers.
  • Experience building and using APIs (SOAP, XML, REST, JSON) and working with JavaScript, React, Node.js, AngularJS, Regular Expressions, HTML, and CSS.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5-7 years in IT activities, with at least 4 years in a similar role.
  • Required experience with IBM Identity and Security Management products like ISAM/IBM Verify/Tivoli.
  • Financial sector experience is a plus.
