Position

We have an immediate opening for a Support & Maintenance Engineer (CIAM) with 7+ years of experience at the company in Abu Dhabi. The incumbent is responsible for reviewing business requirements, liaising with internal and external parties to find and supervise the evaluation of suitable solutions. This includes proposing enhancements to business and technical processes for better automation of respective business areas, overseeing project activities, and ensuring implementation aligns with defined standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technically sound in CIAM and IBM identity security access manager (ISAM/IBM verify) with strong capabilities in customization, development, installation, and configuration.
  • Work with vendors to install, configure, and deploy CIAM (ISAM) solutions into development, QA, UAT, and production environments, managing integration with digital channels like mobile and internet banking.
  • Raise and follow up on required change requests and tickets in service manager.
  • Prepare and review project documents related to projects and tasks for approvals.
  • Gather requirements from business users for projects, tasks, operational requests, and enhancements for technical teams.
  • Support UAT of projects and tasks, including preparation of documents and approvals.
  • Assist in go-live and post-go-live activities for assigned projects and tasks.
  • Translate business requirements to vendors and vice versa.
  • Escalate issues and suggest corrective actions; timely follow up on assigned projects and tasks.
  • Track, resolve, and report incidents and known errors through approved processes, following mandatory and obligatory standards set by management.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge:
Experience with/understanding of at least four of the following:

  • CIAM and IBM identity security access manager (ISAM/IBM verify)
  • Identity Management, Access Management, and Directory Services technologies
  • Security domains, especially IAM, endpoint protection, and application security
  • API Protection, Microservices security, and Advanced access control technologies (oAUTH, JWT, SAML, XACML, OTP, MMFA)
  • Latest Authentication and Authorization techniques for Mobile, Web, and API
  • Integration with social identity providers (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Building and using APIs (SOAP, XML, RESTFUL, JSON)

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT activities, with at least 4 years in a similar role. Experience with IBM identity and security management products is essential. Financial sector experience is a plus.
