Support Software Engineer

The Support Software Engineer will work as part of a dynamic team, playing a key role in assisting clients with technical issues. This position requires the ability to answer technical questions and address incidents as they arise, providing exceptional support to ensure clients have a seamless experience with our software products.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Level 2 support, addressing complex technical issues.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the software's architecture and code to identify and resolve intricate problems.
• Provide immediate hotfixes and long-term improvements for customer-facing defects.
• Analyze software code to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Communicate with the customer success team about complex technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in technologies/languages including Ruby On Rails, SQL, Kafka Streaming, and basic AWS services is a must.
• Familiarity with NodeJS/NestJS/TypeScript is a nice to have.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and critical thinking abilities.
