Responsibilities:

Handle Level 2 support, addressing complex technical issues.
Maintain a deep understanding of the software's architecture and code to identify and resolve intricate problems.
Provide immediate hotfixes and long-term improvements for customer-facing defects.
Analyze software code to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Communicate with the customer success team about complex technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in technologies/languages including Ruby On Rails, SQL, Kafka Streaming, and basic AWS services is a must.
Familiarity with NodeJS/NestJS/TypeScript is a nice to have.
Strong problem-solving mindset and critical thinking abilities.
