SVP - Datacenter Operations & Enterprise Monitoring

The SVP - Datacenter Operations and Enterprise Monitoring is a critical leadership role charged with shaping and executing the strategy for the company’s next-generation datacenter and monitoring and observability platforms. This position is responsible for overseeing a global team of approximately 60 professionals (comprising internal staff and vendor resources) across the UAE, India, Pakistan, and Egypt. The role leads the engineering and operational management of all global datacenters, backups, batch operations, application release, and command center, as well as the enterprise monitoring and observability team.

This position is instrumental in the company’s digital transformation, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions that support business growth and innovation. Additionally, it provides monitoring oversight of all company systems on a 24x7 basis.
