About the Role The Head of End User Services is a critical leadership role charged with shaping and executing the strategy for the company's next-generation End User Services. This position is instrumental in the company's digital transformation, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure end user technology solutions that support business growth and innovation. Responsibilities - Oversee a global team of approximately 60 professionals, comprising internal staff and vendor resources, across the UAE, India, Pakistan, and Egypt. - Lead the engineering and operational management of End User Services including: - Desktop and laptop devices - Lifecycle management of IT assets - Citrix virtual desktop infrastructure - Endpoint vulnerability management - VIP and Trading (TGM) support - Messaging & Collaboration tools - Active Directory - Mobile Device Management - Comprehensive end user support for all employees across the bank’s locations Requirements - Proven experience in a leadership role with a strong background in end user services and IT operational management. - Extensive knowledge of desktop support, virtual desktop infrastructure, and IT asset management. - Familiarity with endpoint security measures and mobile device management solutions. - Strong understanding of various collaboration tools and Active Directory services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
