As a Data Center Manager for Oracle Data Centers, you will report to a Data Centre Senior Manager. You will serve as the technical liaison between the technology teams and the Data Center Environment you oversee, playing a critical role in maintaining operational aspects for these sites. Recognized as a ‘technical expert’ with a focus on core Data Center infrastructure, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, proactively monitor the environments, and ensure effective communication among various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits for power and mechanical capacity and oversee changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action (CA) for issues.
- Liaise with local colocation partners to understand site topology and articulate issues.
- Plan and manage rack deliveries and installations effectively.
- Develop and sustain 5S standards on each site under your responsibility.
- Work with the build team for expansion rollouts.
- Manage and prioritize tasks via internal tools (e.g., JIRA and Confluence).
- Maintain meticulous documentation and adherence to SOPs.
- Participate in operational reviews, analyzing technical data to address reliability concerns.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to implement improvements.
- Coach and mentor other contributors within the organization.
- Approach challenges positively, offering innovative solutions.
- Be familiar with all aspects of LV cabling and cable management strategies.
- Have a DevOps mindset; coding ability (scripting, SQL, low-code APEX) is desirable.
- Travel to multiple campuses in the UAE region as needed.
