Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Manage Microsoft Intune, SCCM, endpoint security, software deployment, and device compliance.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Defender.
- Implement security controls including MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, and identity protection.
- Configure and support firewalls, VPNs, switches, wireless networks, and network security solutions.
- Manage Hyper-V/VMware environments, storage platforms, and backup solutions.
- Maintain disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity processes.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure system availability.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, infrastructure hardening, and security compliance activities.
