Lead and oversee a team of system analysts to ensure the efficient design, implementation, and maintenance of dashboards, reporting, and systems analysis that meet the organization's objectives and drive operational excellence.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Lead a team of system analysts in assessing business needs, defining system requirements, and designing effective solutions to meet organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities for system improvement, and develop technology roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
- Manage the full lifecycle of system analysis projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of existing systems, identifying areas for optimization, automation, and integration with emerging technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system specifications, process flows, and technical documentation, to ensure clarity and consistency in system design and implementation.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions, including software applications, platforms, and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Qualifications
